Note: Similar bed temperature settings as texture PEI.

Note: These settings are recommended for challenging blends and unique filaments. Set the first layer to a higher temperature than the rest.

HIGH TEMP

Note: For amorphous materials, maintain the bed temperature around the glass transition temperature (Tg), within -10°C/+30°C.

Note: For semicrystalline materials, print near the melting temperature (Tm) if bed adhesion is an issue. Otherwise, use the bed temperature recommended by the manufacturer.

Note: To minimize layer separation, use proper nozzle & chamber temperature. Remember, the Tyson Build Plate provides excellent adhesion, but it has its limits.

Cleaning

You can safely clean Tyson Build Plates using acetone, alcohol, soap and water, or even industrial degreasers
